Our location amongst prime countryside and the rich waters of the Firth of Clyde are a great inspiration, enabling us to source the very best and freshest ingredients to provide exciting food that is healthy and full of flavour. We do truly know the provenance of all our fish, meat, vegetables and fruit and most of it arrives fresh every day direct from the boats and the land.
It is absolutely no exaggeration to say you can often, weather permitting sit on the harbour and see shellfish coming ashore you can eat that evening. But that is not the half of it because we are not just situated by the sea it is one of the most beautiful locations anywhere in Scotland to unwind and enjoy the good things in life.
Step out of the door, turn left walk less than 200 ms and you are at the picturesque, historic, quaint, quiet small harbor of Maidens with working creel boats and a small marina for pleasure and sailing boats. Situated on the mighty Firth of Clyde, with a unique maritime history you move from modern convenience and comfort into a yesteryear setting.
Step out of the door and turn right in 20 minutes walk you are looking across to the 7th and 8th holes of Turnberry’s Kintyre Course and the tee off for the 1st hole at the Club House is just a few minutes drive.
